Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Reach for the Stars Program builds upon the foundation built during the student's school day. We offer a variety of academic and enrichment clubs. Our clubs offer engaging and interactive projects and experiments. The clubs are set in small groups, usually a minimum of 10 students for academic clubs, and 15-18 students for enrichment clubs. There is one instructor per club with an assistant.
